Based in Boston, Massachusetts and formed in 1982, McPherson Corporation is a privately held consulting company which advises and serves corporate users of commercial real estate.  We help tenants make educated and creative real estate decisions that best align with their company’s business objectives through strategic planning, market analysis, site selection, financial analysis, and transaction management.  Our mission is to focus on providing superior guidance customized to the specific needs and time frames of the client.  McPherson Corporation is also a founding member of the Alliance of Tenant Representatives (ATR), an international affiliation of corporate real estate advisors. 

We specialize in buyer and tenant representation in the Greater Boston commercial real estate market and are dedicated to providing non-conflicted and objective advisement for our client's real estate transactions.  We focus on office, research and development, warehousing, and laboratory facilities.

We do not own, manage, or act as leasing agents for landlords, eliminating potential conflict.
